Located in the heart of Earls Court, London, Afandena Restaurant underwent a remarkable transformation under new ownership, an evolution that earned a prestigious UK Property Award.

Seeking to depart from its former kebab takeaway persona, the restaurant now exudes warmth and sophistication, offering a delightful dining experience inspired by Lebanese and Egyptian cuisines.

 

Embracing Arab influences, the design concept revolves around earthy tones and inviting textures, setting the stage for a memorable culinary journey. A key architectural intervention involved relocating the kitchen to unveil a spacious, inviting ambience that beckons passersby.

Commfloor delivered the increasingly disruptive Workshop55, dry-back LVT by our partners Oneflor UK in Walnut Natural.

Selected for its natural aesthetics and commercial-grade durability, its Emboss-In-Register (EIR) texture adds depth and ultrarealism underfoot, a feature many LVT brands don’t offer - aligning perfectly with the restaurant’s design language.
