Commfloor and Tapibel Carpets are proud to announce that a large percentage of our Myriad-made collections are manufactured from 100% sustainable ECONYL® BCF yarn.

Another important measure is to decrease our environmental impact. ECONYL® yarn is a 100% regenerated and regenerable fibre made from pre-and post-consumer Nylon 6 waste materials such as production discards, industrial plastic components, oligomers, fishing nets, fabrics and spent carpets.

TO INFINITY AND BEYOND!

ECONYL® yarns can be regenerated an infinite number of times without any loss of quality.

Used carpet tiles can be converted to secondary fuel, effectively further reducing overall CO2 emissions. Step-by-step, tile-by-tile we move forward in our pursuit to create products with zero environmental impact and infinite regeneration!

RECOVERED MATERIALS

These materials are recovered all over the world and undergo an extensive depolymerization process to create 100% regenerated ECONYL®

Nylon yarn used for the production of superior quality carpet tiles.

ECONYL® fibre looks like any other, but the process behind tells a different story: it is a regenerated yarn with sustainable characteristics that offer similar mechanical and technical performances as standard nylon 6.
